We are looking for a skilled Strategic HR Talent Manager to join our team at the Tepeji Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex performance management issues, complaints and grievances, and employee terminations.
The ideal candidate will have +3 years' experience working in HR, preferably in a plant environment, with a strong background in talent management and recruiting.
You will work closely with senior managers to advise on strategic labor relations, negotiation, and HR policies. Your expertise will help shape the direction of human resources at the Centre, ensuring fairness and equity in the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex performance management issues, complaints and grievances, and employee terminations
- Overseeing investigations and developing and maintaining HR policies
- Providing sound advice to ensure consistent application for fairness and equity
- Reporting on HR performance and providing guidance to management on difficult cases
In return for your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, as well as flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
