**_Technical Support_**
The Launch Box is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Provide prompt and courteous support to clients experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, or network systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and system errors.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate level of support personnel for resolution.
- Document all client interactions, including issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes, in our ticketing system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other members of the support team to share knowledge and best practices for resolving technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
**_Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year working in a technical support or service desk role.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Foundational knowledge on Troubleshooting, ITIL, Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with Ticketing tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
