As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a vital role in our team by providing support for payment processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness;
- Validating all invoices to ensure they have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate POs;
- Preparing information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific requirements;
- Reconciling statements and compiling reports related to direct and indirect payments to third parties;
- Participating in accounting closing procedures, including preparing reports and additional tasks related to accounts payable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in accounting, administration, or a related field;
- At least one year of experience with accounts payable, preferably at an intermediate level;
- Excellent written and conversational English skills (70% proficiency);
- Advanced office software skills, including Microsoft Office; and
- Strong supplier service orientation and teamwork abilities.
