Revenue Management Director

The Revenue Management Director plays a pivotal role in Marriott International's strategy to maximize hotel revenue and profits. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees the entire revenue management process, ensuring that every opportunity is seized to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies across all hotels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
- Manage room inventory to optimize occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR)
- Leverage data analytics to identify areas of improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with business objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Various locations worldwide, including major cities and resort destinations
