Water Mission is a rapidly growing Christian engineering nonprofit working to end the global water crisis. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to lead our HR programs and services across our country programs in Haiti, Honduras, Peru, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic implementation of HR programs and services
  • Directly supervise HR field staff on day-to-day tasks
  • Perform supervisory duties, including training and development, prioritizing project requests, and managing workloads and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of managers and staff to achieve organizational objectives
