Job DescriptionAs a DeltaV BPCS System Support Specialist, you will provide qualified technical support to our clients' installed base, ensuring customer satisfaction through the execution of services and contracts according to scope and budget defined.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering services on time and with quality, in accordance with the contracted scope.
- You will ensure you have all necessary tools and resources to perform the service.
- You will guarantee that all services meet safety and hygiene requirements, in accordance with organizational and client regulations.
- You will provide technical support to clients, within the scope and knowledge of the Service Engineer.
- You will deliver service reports, signed by the client, at the end of each service.
- You will report your activities and expenses weekly, in accordance with assigned time.
- You will escalate problems and deviations through effective communication.
- You will comply with training courses within assigned timeframes.
- You will use company tools responsibly and maintain them in good condition.
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, preferably with DeltaV systems knowledge, PLCs, commissioning, and support of control systems startup to clients. Candidates must also possess instrumentation knowledge, DTI diagram interpretation, and a relevant engineering degree (Systems, Informatics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control, and Mechatronics).
