Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Agency Lead to join our team in LATAM. As the primary point of contact for agencies in the region, you will be responsible for leveraging executive relationships and your expertise in Pinterest's ad platform to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Oversee and coach a team of experienced individual contributors to deliver high-quality service to agency partners and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts.
  • Visibility: Establish yourself as a key Pinterest decision maker and thought leader, leading speaking engagements and marketing activities to benefit the business and our partners.
  • Commercial: Ensure performance and management of agency commercial programs and relevant global commercial programs.
  • Sales Alignment: Own partnership with the country Managing Director to implement the country-level strategy via agency partners.
  • Product: Understand Pinterest products deeply and address product limitations that agencies bring up, ensuring feedback is shared with Pinterest's central product functions.
  • Scaled Education: Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to define and deliver education sessions to drive comprehension of Pinterest at agencies.
  • Budget Management: Provide leadership and oversight to manage budgets across bespoke agency engagement across the market.

Requirements

  • Lead by example, with experience and expertise in people management.
  • Strong core values and emotional intelligence that align with the needs of the team and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities, with quota management a requirement.
  • Ability to set strategy for the team that can be measured and executed against quarterly KPIs, leading to achievement of quota.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature, with the ability to ideate, test, measure impact, and learn from work.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to represent product insights, needs, and feedback to relevant teams at Pinterest.
  • Holds self and team accountable to drive incremental revenue and LATAM market activation, originating from a global partnership at the account level, with the agency relationship acting as an accelerant.
  • Indispensable to Sales for all agency/LATAM account needs in their market, with close planning and alignment with local teams.
  • Consults on best scalable strategies and tactics for ICs on the team to execute.
  • Grows key senior-level relationships and maintains/turns them into Pinterest advocates.

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our LATAM offices.
