Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Nasdaq. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team quotas and company business objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with senior management or executive level clients.
  • Generate new business with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Review and prioritize market areas of opportunity and develop sales, retention, and marketing initiatives to support a specific region.
  • Drive revenue growth and generate business with new clients and existing clients.
  • Guide others in executing the business unit's short and long-term sales strategy.
  • Interact with customers and prospects within own territory.
  • Proactively build relationships and develop new business opportunities at industry events and conferences.
  • Closes deals to meet individual and team quotas and company business objectives.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior management to understand client needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Takes ownership of problem resolution and coordinates communication, maintenance, and new development across Nasdaq relevant business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales.
  • At least 12 years of experience in sales and business development.
