We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Engineer Interior to join our team at A2MAC1 - Decode the future. As an Interior Costing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by carrying out costing assignments and studies, including cost analysis, value analysis, and cost-based design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cost studies to analyze input data, identify materials and manufacturing processes, and cost them using in-house tools and methodologies.
  • Understand and explain product operation, including system, subsystem, component, and function.
  • Identify and recommend ways to optimize the cost of a system.
  • Conduct cost/performance benchmarking and value analysis studies to identify efficiency improvement opportunities for our customers.
  • Prepare study reports in accordance with required quality standards.
  • Support our customers' purchasing departments in their negotiations by providing fact-based costing data.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an engineering school, or equivalent engineering master's degree in automation, systems engineering, or manufacturing/production.
  • 3+ years minimum experience in a major engineering company as an interior cost engineer, or 5+ years minimum experience in a major engineering company as a systems/technical design/manufacturing engineer.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing and assembly processes.
