We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Collections Coordinator to support the Finance functions of the Brightcove office. This position will be exposed to a variety of tasks and projects, providing opportunities to further develop your skills and expertise.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Process new customer setups and assist with ongoing contract entry of new and existing customers for all regions.
• Assist with the overall collections efforts, focusing on minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Collaborate with customers to resolve past due accounts and answer billing inquiries.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Perform additional financial analyses and projects as necessary.
**Requirements:**
• Pursuing a college degree in Accounting or Finance, or recently graduated.
• 0-1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to change while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to resolve conflicts in a productive and professional manner.
• Experience with Oracle or other deferred revenue and billing software is a plus.
