Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Uplift Talent, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records. This includes ensuring timely and accurate credits and collections, identifying and resolving remittance discrepancies, and investigating unbilled and disallowed amounts. You will also monitor and reconcile accounts receivable on an ongoing basis and assist in the billing process as needed. Additionally, you will prepare analytical and ratio analyses to provide management with a better understanding of collection efforts.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with an advanced level of English, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least three years of related experience. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess outstanding attention to detail, and have strong Excel skills. Effective communication and collaboration with employees at all levels are essential, as is the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
