Qualifications:

Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skillsExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsProficient clerical skills, including data entry and documentationOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English (at least B2 - Intermediate)In-office position: Must live in Guadalajara or nearby areaHigh School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree6 months or more experience in similar positionsProficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:

Support the attorneys' administrative needsAssist with legal documentation (no litigation)Schedule and confirm appointments for US lawyersDraft, proofread, and file or send legal documentsProvide updates to customersAnswer questions and provide accurate information via phone, email, and chatSet and maintain appointments, as well as provide new leads
