Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
a. Research and identify medical and industrial targets for potential business opportunities.
b. Leverage multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, website inquiries, and the Pipedrive database to build a robust pipeline.
2. Lead Qualification:
a. Qualify viable leads based on predefined criteria.
b. Maintain accurate records of leads and their statuses within the CRM system.
3. Outbound Engagement:
a. Make outbound calls to potential customers who have not expressed prior interest in 889 Global's products or services.
b. Engage prospects to introduce the company's offerings and address initial queries.
4. Trade Show Planning and Management:
a. Develop and execute an annual trade show calendar.
b. Research and vet trade shows to identify valuable exhibiting and attendance opportunities.
c. Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup and promotional materials.
5. Email Marketing Campaigns:
a. Create and send e-blasts to the existing database every two weeks to maintain engagement.
b. Develop targeted e-blasts for trade show exhibitors and analyze click rates to refine lead lists.
6. Sales Support:
a. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.
b. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
7. Marketing Material Creation:
a. Design and produce marketing materials as needed for trade shows or specific client presentations.
b. Ensure materials are aligned with brand standards and effectively communicate the company's value propositions.
8. Market and Competitor Analysis:
a. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
b. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
9. Customer Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
b. Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure a seamless handoff to the account management team for onboarding.
Qualifications:
· Experience in consultative selling versus quick transactional approach
· Experience in long sales-cycle type of selling
· With a robust background in sales, it must span four to five years.
· English Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication is essential for engaging potential customers and addressing their concerns.
· Resilience: Cold-calling can be challenging, so having the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.
· Persistence: Continuing to make calls and follow up with leads, even in the face of initial resistance or rejection.
· Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
· Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
