The Service Desk Development program focuses on bringing ambitious career focused individuals into the Global IT organization with the primary goals of developing future IT leaders. You will utilize the ITIL methodology best practices of Incident, Problem and Knowledge Center support as they provide customers with support about IT services.

Responsabilities

  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, online chats and emails for technical support
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions for customer
  • Participants will be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to help users and will receive on-the-job training, yearly corporate training and individualized training to help you grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science or disciplines related to Information Technology is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Willingness to learn PPG's IT environment
  • 1-3 years of experience with a Service Desk role
