The Opportunity
Account Management / Segment leader works on developing solid relationships with Hitachi Energy Mexico customers and accounts. Executing medium to long-term planning to ensure Hitachi's base business in the assigned segment
How you´ll make an impact
Understands the key business drivers of the relevant customers' businesses and business environments and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi.
Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by proving the customer's current business and long-term plans.
Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.
Defines and proposes strategies to allocate the assigned budget in the assigned segments.
Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets representing all of Hitachi.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in related areas
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
5 years of experience in related functions.
