About our partner: A fast-growing professional services firm specializing in estate and probate support is seeking a Remote Office Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and keep the organization running smoothly. The company is recognized throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for its expertise in personal property management, valuation guidance, liquidation services, senior move management, and residential organizing. With a team built on positivity, empathy, trust, and a strong commitment to training, the organization has grown steadily since its founding and continues to expand its impact.

About the role: The Remote Office Manager will take ownership of core administrative and operational functions, relieving the President of daily business management tasks. Working closely with leadership and the broader administrative and field teams, this person will manage client invoicing, key metrics, payroll coordination, and the overall backend workflow of the company.

What You'll Do

Invoicing/Bookkeeping:Generating, sending, and following up with project invoices (will manage this daily)Entering bills for vendor expensesPayment of vendor invoices in a timely fashion.A strong bookkeeping background is idealBudgetingMaintain records of sales of client propertyHuman Resources:Timesheet reviews (weekly)Payroll approvalConducting background checks on new hiresSupport the Administrative team with HR compliance documentation and record-keepingBusiness Activities:Insurance policies managementVerifying W9 forms are collected and in place for year-end tax reportingVendor/Tech account managementGeneral problem solvingBusiness research activities (online)Supplies and Materials procurementWeekly meetings with the administrative team



What You Need

Eagle eye attention to detailStraight shooter, direct communication styleHighly organized and able to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient mannerStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent with numbers and can generate ideas around how to improve the presentation of metricsProficient in Google Tools: Drive, Calendar, etcPreferred bookkeeping knowledge/experience with QuickBooks OnlineTOOLS USED: All are cloud-based toolsQuickBooksAsanaGSuiteGustoDeputy (timesheets)Roboform

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
