As a Finance Manager, OEM USCA, you will perform analysis for long-range planning and strategy development and recommend actions to improve profitability and achieve long-term growth.
Become a strategic, valued partner to the Automotive Coatings Commercial team
You will report to Finance Director, Automotive Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial data and insight for preparation of annual budgets and BSR, as well as monthly financial analysis.
- Visit customer sites to gain an understanding of the key products and processes within the customer paint shops and build relationships with the OEM plant PPG site teams.
- Build and maintain interactive economic models that support "What If" scenarios of material/process changes and provide valuable insights through Business case analysis.
- Capture and analyze all market, competitive, and economic data to assist in strategy development, new product planning, and analysis of new business opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.
- Develop and follow key success factors to assure business strategy is successfully executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics or similar required.
- At least five years of finance experience within FP&A
- HFM and Oracle knowledge·
- Prior business partnering experience.
- Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems.
- Fluent English.
