Descripción del puesto
Este expert será responsable de:
- Prospectar y contactar leads por múltiples canales.
- Administrar y nutrir el pipeline en el CRM, asegurando la trazabilidad de cada oportunidad.
- Calificar leads con base en criterios definidos (ICP, potencial, volumen, tipo de intermediario).
- Agendar y preparar reuniones entre prospectos y el equipo comercial (Hunters / Leads / Expert Sr).
- Monitorear los principales ratios de conversión (contacto → reunión → oportunidad → cierre).
- Participar en la optimización del funnel comercial con datos y feedback del mercado.
- Colaborar con Marketing y Sales Ops para mejorar la calidad de los leads y las campañas de captación.
Requisitos
- Experiencia de 1–3 años en ventas, desarrollo comercial o generación de leads B2B/B2B2C.
- Conocimiento práctico de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) y herramientas de automatización / prospección (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.).
- Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a conversiones y objetivos comerciales.
- Licenciatura en curso o concluida en áreas comerciales, administración o afines.
