ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company in the world We're investing in our content, our people, and our properties, which span digital, streaming, social, audio, linear, and live events. We're expanding our offerings and building on the success of our global streaming platform ViX.
The CRM team at ViX is looking for a collaborative and insights-driven professional to support key initiatives that enhance user engagement and contribute to growth across AVOD and SVOD. In this role, you will help execute CRM strategies that deliver personalized experiences, support subscriber retention, and assist with product updates. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure decisions are informed by data and best practices.

ABOUT YOU

• Interested in applying CRM strategies to enhance user engagement across AVOD and SVOD models.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping translate insights into actionable updates.

• Take initiative, have good cross-functional communication skills, and are motivated by learning and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support updates to the video subscription streaming service through CRM 
strategies.

• Assist in initiatives to grow subscribers in both AVOD and SVOD models.

• Help develop multichannel marketing strategies across available marketing 
channels.

• Contribute to testing hypotheses to identify effective approaches for improving campaigns.

• Collaborate with Product, Data Analysis, Strategy, and Acquisition Marketing teams to implement CRM activities.

• Report on campaign performance and customer behavior to leadership.

• Work closely with peers and managers to develop CRM best practices for 
messaging, channels, and targeting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

• Experience or training with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot), Marketing Automation, or Data Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Looker).

• Courses or experience in Customer Lifecycle, Audience Segmentation, or Growth Marketing are a plus.

• English proficiency (spoken and written) for collaboration with global teams.

• Experience with CRM tools, dashboards, and basic A/B testing methodologies.

• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing to work from the office in Santa Fe-Ciudad de Mexico.

• Employment/education will be verified.
