Sales Excecutive

Ubicación: Preferentemente en Querétaro. También se admiten candidatos dentro de la República Mexicana

Misión del puesto:

Convertir oportunidades en ventas a través de una excelente ejecución de demos, seguimiento personalizado y uso efectivo del CRM, garantizando una experiencia profesional y cercana para cada lead.

Responsabilidades:

Impartir demos en tiempo y forma: conectarte 10 minutos antes, estar presentable y contar con el material necesario.

Dar seguimiento a asistentes de demos por correo, llamada y WhatsApp.

Dar seguimiento a agendados que no asistieron.

Calificar correctamente los leads de demos no asistidas.

Dar seguimiento activo al funnel de leads asistidos y no asistidos: contacto, envío de materiales y cotizaciones.

Cerrar leads: gestionar el pago del cliente por plataforma o documentar el rechazo.

Usar HubSpot para dar seguimiento, mantener limpio el CRM y asegurar el handoff a Onboarding.

Dar seguimiento diario a leads mediante la plataforma Leadsales.

Compartir insights y propuestas de forma proactiva con Marketing.

Requerimientos:

Carreras: Administrativas o Ingenierías.

Herramientas: CRM, Google Suite, HubSpot

Conocimiento en Whatsapp API,

Experiencia realizando llamadas directas en volúmenes altos.

Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio (deseable)

Experiencia requerida:

3–4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.

3–4 años en industria SaaS, Fintech o Call Center (Amex, BBVA, Santander).
