OPERATIONS MANAGER – Guadalajara

The Operations Manager operates as a hands-on business leader with a constant floor presence, ensuring strict adherence to KPIs, operational standards, and company expectations. Success in this role requires sound judgment, decisiveness, and the ability to address performance gaps directly while maintaining control in a high-pressure environment.
This is not a developmental role. Candidates must already function at a leadership level and be prepared to independently own results, make decisions, and execute corrective actions without close oversight.
The Operations Manager has direct authority over supervisor performance, floor execution, and operational strategy, including the implementation of corrective actions, performance plans, and process changes in alignment with senior leadership.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Only candidates who meet all of the following criteria will be considered:
- Demonstrated experience executing responsibilities associated with a Senior Operations Supervisor role; prior acting or interim experience is a strong advantage.
- No corrective actions within the past 6 months.
- No unjustified absences within the past 6 months.
- Sustained KPI performance at or above goal for a minimum of three consecutive fiscal months.
- Proven history of reliability, consistency, and leadership maturity.
Candidates who do not consistently meet expectations in their current role should not apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Set and enforce standards: Lead by example while holding supervisors and agents accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance expectations.
- Maintain operational presence: Remain actively engaged on the production floor to address issues, coach in real time, and ensure execution aligns with targets.
- Lead weekly performance reviews: Conduct structured meetings focused on results, trends, gaps, and corrective actions—not status updates.
- Execute disciplined coaching: Complete formal monitoring and coaching at a minimum cadence of one evaluation per agent every two weeks, delivering direct, actionable feedback.
- Own performance data: Track and manage attendance, adherence, productivity, quality, PTO, and all operational metrics with accuracy and consistency.
- Deliver leadership reporting: Prepare and present weekly performance summaries to senior leadership, including risks, corrective actions, and outcomes.
- Anticipate and correct issues: Identify performance risks early and implement corrective strategies before targets are missed.
- Drive improvement plans: Develop, execute, and follow up on structured action plans for both individuals and teams.
- Remove operational barriers: Maintain real-time awareness of challenges impacting results and resolve them decisively.

This role is designed for experienced associates that are prepared to step into a high-accountability leadership position. Applicants are expected to demonstrate consistent excellence, sound judgment, and the ability to lead without compromise.
