Propósito del Puesto
Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de datos escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento, garantizando la integración, calidad, disponibilidad y gobernanza de la información para aplicaciones operativas y analíticas.

, asegurando alineación técnica y cumplimiento de estándares.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar arquitecturas de datos para entornos cloud y on-premise.
  • Definir modelos de datos, estrategias de integración y lineamientos técnicos.
  • Implementar prácticas de seguridad, optimización y performance en bases de datos.
  • Documentar arquitectura, flujos y componentes; mantener repositorios técnicos actualizados.
  • Asesorar en decisiones tecnológicas relacionadas con datos y plataformas.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Modelado de datos (OLTP/OLAP) y arquitecturas distribuidas.
  • Experiencia en plataformas Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka deseable).
  • Manejo de servicios cloud (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks).
  • Conocimiento en herramientas ETL/ELT y orquestación de pipelines (Airflow, Glue, Data Factory).
  • Bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.

  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.
  • Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Comunicación clara y asertiva.
