.The AF Customer Service Specialist is dedicated to providing expertise in a specific area, supporting the organisation's objectives through the application of specialised knowledge and skills. This role focuses on delivering high quality results in their area of expertise and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Requisitos: Licenciatura concluida

Idiomas: ingles intermedio-aanzado

Experiencia en logistica de importacion y exportacion aerea

Servico al cliente en logistica

Experiencia minima de 2 años en Forwarder

Objetivo del puesto
Brindar atención personalizada a los clientes mediante la gestión eficiente de embarques nacionales e internacionales, asegurando su satisfacción a través de soluciones logísticas, seguimiento oportuno y cumplimiento de KPI's.

Responsabilidades generales de la posición
Funciones y actividades generales del puesto

Funciones:

Programar embarques asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente.
Gestionar embarques desde el levantamiento del file hasta la entrega final, supervisando cada etapa del proceso.
Dar seguimiento puntual a las operaciones en curso, manteniendo una comunicación constante con clientes, agentes y proveedores.
Elaborar y enviar reportes operativos y comerciales, asegurando la precisión de la información y entrega.
Brindar soporte a otras áreas que requieran atención a temas relacionados con los clientes asignados.
Registrar y mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas internos, particularmente en CargoWise One (CW1), conforme a los estándares establecidos.
Presentarse en reuniones o visitas con clientes clave, colaborando en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y soluciones operativas.
