Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 MXN gross per month
  • Performance bonus - unlimited bonus based on team performance to double your base salary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customer retention strategies that maximize lifetime value through data-driven insights and targeted campaigns
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Loyalty Specialists, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance
  • Create compelling retention campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that enhance value proposition for top-tier clients
  • Oversee customer underwriting ensuring accurate assessment of returning customers while maintaining customer-centric approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Recovery, Customer Service, and QA teams
  • Track and analyze KPIs, campaign ROI, re-loan rates, and customer feedback to drive actionable strategies
  • Optimize processes and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities to adjust retention approaches
  • Lead special initiatives that expand retention capabilities and contribute to company growth
  • Ensure operational excellence across loan management systems, CRM platforms, and communication tools

Education & Experience:

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, customer retention, or account management
  • Proven track record of designing successful customer loyalty campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Experience in underwriting or assessing customer financial status, particularly in lending scenarios
  • Team management experience including setting KPIs, performance reviews, and coaching

Skills:

  • Strategic leadership with ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
  • Data analysis proficiency to identify trends and make informed strategic decisions
  • Advanced MS Office and CRM systems expertise
  • Campaign development including copywriting, A/B testing, and customer segmentation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Performance management capabilities with focus on continuous improvement
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different stakeholder needs
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials
