Salary: $17,500 MXN / month

Join our Pricing & Solutions Support Team and play a critical role in powering high-impact RFP responses, transformation assessments, and data operations. From executing pricing models to identifying electrification opportunities, your work will directly influence customer acquisition, operational strategy, and solution design.

Your precision, analytical mindset, and ability to work with structured and unstructured data will help ensure we deliver fast, accurate, and scalable solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do
RFP Response Execution

Execute end-to-end RFP pricing tasks using established tools and operational frameworks.
Your responsibilities include:

• Download and review RFP materials from customer procurement portals.

• Identify relevant lanes, shipment details, and required pricing components.

• Apply internal pricing tools (Google Sheets models) to compute per-lane rates.

• Conduct sanity checks, benchmark comparisons, and flag anomalies.

• Upload and submit rates through the customer's RFP platform.

• Maintain detailed records: assumptions, versions, logs, and submission history.

First-Level Transformation Assessment

Use internal analysis tools to assess electrification potential and opportunity hotspots.
You will:

• Upload customer shipment datasets into the transformation tool.

• Generate visualizations (maps, clusters, volume patterns).

• Identify top electrification opportunities based on tool outputs.

• Prepare a concise slide deck summarizing key findings and insights.

• Meet strict SLAs: assessments completed within 2 days of receiving data.

General Data Support for the Solutions Team

Provide consistent, high-quality data assistance to keep operations running smoothly:

• Perform data cleaning, reformatting, and validation in Google Sheets.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy before analysis or upload.

• Upload datasets using internal Solutions tools and templates.

• Support ad-hoc data tasks that improve internal workflows and customer outputs.

Core Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data cleaning, filters).

• Ability to quickly learn new tools (Google Colab / Jupyter-based environments).

• Ability to interpret logistics data: lanes, shipments, payloads, distances.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation control.

• Clear written communication for issue logging and progress updates.

Analytical Mindset

• Comfortable working with structured datasets.

• Ability to identify inconsistencies, trends, and data issues.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow established processes.

Work Style

• Organized, process-driven, and reliable with deadlines (especially SLAs).

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
