Your Tasks
Role Purpose
In this role, you will oversee and follow up on assigned credit portfolios, ensuring strict adherence to company credit policies. Your focused approach will help optimize receivables management and contribute to the overall financial health of 0360 BSS Mexico.
Main Accountabilities
- Engage in proactive and reactive debt collection efforts with clients, utilizing effective communication strategies to maintain goodwill while ensuring timely payments.
- Assess and continuously evaluate credit limits and payment terms to mitigate financial exposure while supporting client needs.
- Manage payment application processes accurately, ensuring the financial records reflect up-to-date status of client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies efficiently.
- Generate detailed reports on collections status, overdue accounts, and credit risk metrics to support decision-making.
Your Profile
Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates with degrees in Administration, Finance, or related disciplines are highly desirable. We welcome fresh graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and foundational knowledge in these areas.
- Strong command of Excel, including the use of advanced functions to analyze data and streamline reporting tasks.
- English language proficiency at conversational level or higher to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, capable of handling multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills to foster positive client relationships and achieve collection objectives.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and contribute constructively within a diverse, inclusive team culture.
