About The Role
As an
Enterprise Account Executive at Uber Direct
, you'll be responsible for acquiring and growing strategic merchant partnerships across key verticals such as restaurants, grocery, and retail in Mexico. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.

This is a consultative role where success depends on deeply understanding merchant needs, applying solution-based selling, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value.

You'll work alongside partners across Uber Eats, New Verticals, and Global Direct to position Uber Direct as a preferred last-mile delivery solution for enterprise and mid-market merchants.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle with enterprise and mid-market merchants across retail, grocery, and restaurant verticals.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions and product demos with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored Uber Direct solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound strategies, lead qualification, and close collaboration with Marketing and SDR teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term merchant success.
  • Use data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven experience closing new business and expanding relationships within large accounts.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-level.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery, or SaaS / technology platforms.
  • Background working in matrixed or highly cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data-querying tools to extract and analyze merchant insights.
  • Strong sales execution skills across pipeline development, qualification, and closing.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement, with executive presence and influence.
