We're looking for a driven, self-motivated, and resourceful full-time Sales Development Representative to help expand our client base and fuel growth. You'll generate and qualify leads, build prospect lists, run outbound, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a clear, measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Proactively identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries from phone, email, and web forms.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team with a clear, smooth handoff.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and log all activity in our CRM (HubSpot).
Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting on activity and conversions.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in tech or services.
Consistent record of meeting/exceeding lead targets and KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Amplemarket, etc.).
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable - able to manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with consumer data, background screening, or HR tech is a plus.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies is strongly preferred.
