Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)

We are seeking talented Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) to join our growing Quality team. This position offers exciting opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with international teams from Taiwan, China, the Philippines, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier quality management activities, including supplier evaluation, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform incoming quality control (IQC) activities to ensure supplier materials meet company and customer standards.
  • Support process quality control (PQC) and final quality control (FQC) to maintain high levels of product reliability.
  • Review and interpret data sheets and 2-D CAD drawings to support inspection and quality assurance tasks.
  • Operate and perform measurements using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or OMM (Optical Measuring Machine).
  • Conduct quality issue analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supplier teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in supplier quality engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and 2-D CAD drawings.
  • Experience with CMM/OMM measurement tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) required.
