Buscamos un Growth & Performance Lead con visión estratégica y enfoque en resultados, capaz de escalar ventas, leads y visibilidad digital mediante la optimización continua de campañas y procesos de marketing.

Propósito del rol

Escalar ventas, leads y visibilidad digital a través de estrategias de growth, performance y optimización constante de campañas y funnels.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión y optimización de campañas Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Google Ads con landing pages de conversión automatizada.
  • Coordinación y creación de contenido UGC.
  • Estrategias de crecimiento orgánico: SEO, blogs, registro en directorios de empresas.
  • Optimización de CAC, ROAS y CPL.
  • Experiencia en ecommerce de productos digitales.
  • Diseño y gestión de funnels y automatizaciones de campañas.
  • Implementación de tracking avanzado y analítica.
  • Gestión de campañas con microinfluencers, con medición individual de resultados.
  • Elaboración de dashboards y reportes ejecutivos para seguimiento de resultados.

Requisitos:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en performance marketing, growth o roles similares.
  • Dominio de plataformas publicitarias y Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad de análisis avanzado.
  • Experiencia en optimización de funnels y campañas de alta conversión.
