El reto del puesto

Buscamos un/a
Performance & Growth Strategist
que sea responsable de
diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de performance
, tanto para clientes
B2B
como para
e-commerce
, con foco en métricas de negocio como MQLs, ROAS y CAC.

Este rol
no es operativo junior
, pero tampoco es un rol de dirección: es un perfil
estratégico–ejecutor
, con proyección clara de crecimiento.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Diseñar y optimizar funnels de generación de demanda
    B2B
  • Liderar la estrategia de performance para
    e-commerce
  • Gestionar y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads
  • Traducir objetivos de negocio en estrategias medibles
  • Analizar KPIs (MQL, CPL, ROAS, CAC)
  • Briefear al equipo creativo con enfoque a conversión
  • Participar en juntas con clientes y presentar resultados
  • Proponer mejoras continuas basadas en data

Perfil que buscamos

Indispensable

  • Experiencia en
    performance B2B
    y/o
    e-commerce
  • Dominio de Meta Ads
  • Entendimiento real de funnels y generación de leads
  • Capacidad analítica y enfoque a resultados
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo
    presencial en Querétaro

Deseable

  • Experiencia en Google Ads
  • Conocimiento funcional de creativos para Ads
  • Experiencia previa en agencia
