Our approach transforms businesses, optimizing lead qualification and driving revenue increases to set 15-minute appointments with cold prospects. Your role is crucial in securing the initial client engagement that fuels our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Cold Calling:
Make dials daily to engage cold prospects, aiming to set 15-minute appointments. - Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities. - Client Engagement:
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and emails, effectively presenting our company's value proposition. - Needs Assessment:
Identify the needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate products or services. - Business Development:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up subsequent meetings or calls with Account Managers. - Performance Reporting:
Regularly report your sales results to the VP of Operations, maintaining accountability for your metrics. - Professional Growth:
Stay informed about the latest products and services, adhering closely to guidance from supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to succeed in B2B sales with a relentless approach to achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persistently overcome objections and not take 'no' for an answer.
- Quick adaptability in handling objections and shifting sales strategies.
- A high school degree is preferred.
- Positive attitude and collaboration with the team.
- Previous experience in a cold calling, or sales is a plus.
- Quick learner.
- Strong in conversational English.
