We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with expert NetSuite experience to lead our accounting operations, support financial strategy, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in accounting leadership, strong NetSuite administration experience, and the ability to drive process automation and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Payroll, and Financial Reporting
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP system (workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reporting, integrations)
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards
  • Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Support audits and tax compliance with external partners
  • Implement automation and process improvements to scale financial systems and reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support growth and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CMA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (system administration, configuration, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with audit processes, compliance, and internal controls
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, e-commerce, or multi-entity organizations
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules (ARM, Inventory, Multi-Book, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow)
  • Experience with integrations and financial software ecosystem (Expensify, , Avalara, etc.)
  • Ability to build dashboards, financial reports, and process automations in NetSuite
