Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service specialist is responsible for receiving and placing customers' purchase orders, as well as ensuring timely delivery of goods.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain direct contact with customers
- Creation and control of inventory projections for customers in the Household segment
- Accessing customers' websites, analyzing demand and uploading it to the system
- Weekly customer calls to review Inventory Projection
- Monthly customer conferences to review long-term demand
- Follow-up of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) projects, coordination of initiatives, reporting and presentation of results for the NAR region. - Customer Service Pillar
- Control of department KPIs: OTIF, Customer Complaints (under the WCM methodology)
- Follow-up with the team to service survey action plans
- Point of contact for follow-up with the department's project team
- Creation of Sales Orders, samples, tracking and delivery
- Weekly risk analysis and sales/billing opportunities, as well as responsibility for consolidation of risks across the team
- Informing customers of the status of their orders and tracking them
- Management/control of inventory levels based on customer agreements
- Working closely with the Sales Agent
- Follow-up with the R&D team for implementation of new projects (phase in / phase out)
- Generation of sales reports
- Track monthly compressor sales target
- Review backlog/backorder
- Keep updated customer information (Master Data, prices, SKUs, etc.)
- Review with Finance Client Statements
- Monitoring and execution of returns
- Monitoring of process indicators
- Act actively in processes of rework and sales of slow movers, facilitating communication between areas involved, and pushing the necessary processes to materialize the sale
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum educational requirement: BS or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics or related.
- Fluent English
