PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Liderar el desarrollo de innovación para Hellmann's y la categoría de Condimentos en México.
  • Implementar la estrategia global de Foods & Condiments en proyectos de mediano y largo plazo.
  • Gestionar proyectos de innovación desde la conceptualización hasta el lanzamiento al mercado, asegurando enfoque en el consumidor y cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales (R&D, Supply Chain, CMI/CTI) para garantizar una ejecución impecable.
  • Influir y comunicar efectivamente con stakeholders internos y externos para obtener alineación y apoyo en iniciativas clave.
  • Coordinar campañas de comunicación: briefing, pruebas de concepto y producción, trabajando con agencias locales y socios regionales/globales.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia comprobada en marketing, desarrollo de innovación y campañas de comunicación.
  • Conocimiento sólido en estrategia de marca, branding y análisis del consumidor.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y colaborativa en entornos dinámicos.
  • Flexibilidad y agilidad para priorizar decisiones y comunicar efectivamente.
  • Mentalidad optimista y realista, con disposición para aprender y compartir mejores prácticas.
  • Proactividad y pasión por enfrentar cambios y desafíos.

  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de innovación y campañas de comunicación.
