SummaryAs a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and networking. You'll develop strategies to reach decision-makers at enterprise companies by identifying the right contacts, building a pathway to connect, and delivering clear value. Your role includes setting up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives, managing and expanding your database, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You'll also participate in pitch sessions, product demos, and training to strengthen your product knowledge and improve your effectiveness. Success in this role means consistently exceeding quota targets for qualified leads.
RequirementsDescription
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in enterprise companies across LATAM.
- Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs, using your own strategic approach.
- Identify events and networking opportunities that will help you connect with top decision-makers.
- Develop and refine cold outreach strategies, including cold calling and cold outreach.
- Preferred experience with tools such as Apollo, Amplemarket, or Sales Navigator.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives.
- Maintain and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Attend and participate in sales pitches, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
- Stay up to date on new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Practical experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
