Bilingual Sales Representative

At Intugo, we collaborate with international companies, providing administrative solutions so

they can operate efficiently in Mexico, generating quality employment in our community. We are

currently looking for talented individuals with a positive attitude to join the team of a company in

the service sector as a Telephone Customer Service/Sales Representative.

This position is for a law firm specializing in immigration services that helps people in the United

States regularize their immigration status, supporting them in legal processes to obtain work

permits, visas, permanent residence, and more. The sales team focuses on scheduling

appointments to initiate these processes and conducting consultations with potential new

clients.

Profile

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented.
  • Native Spanish speaker with conversational English.
  • Call center and sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Results-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide clients by phone, identifying their needs and providing clear information about

the firm's legal services.

  • Answer questions and resolve concerns with specific answers to increase client confidence

and satisfaction.

  • Apply sales techniques to promote services and schedule appointments with the law firm.
  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized and empathetic

service.

  • Effectively manage complaints to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
