Global Payments Technology busca un

Especialista de Soporte de Operaciones para unirse al equipo de Operaciones y

brindar soporte al proceso de incorporación de comercios, al equipo comercial y

a las mejoras para el cliente.

El Especialista de Soporte de Operaciones será responsable de impulsar la excelencia y garantizar la calidad en todas las actividades relacionadas con el proceso de incorporación de comercios.

ACTIVIDADES

  • Dominar el proceso operativo para que se den las instalaciones del servicio de TPV.
  • Apoyar al área de Operaciones en todas las actividades necesarias.
  • Trabajo alineado a manual de trabajo y políticas.
  • Interactuar con los demás miembros del equipo en
  • la cadena de procesos para garantizar que cada caso se gestione de la manera más eficiente posible.
  • Cumplir con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio
  • (SLA) de cada etapa del proceso.
  • Realizar los controles de calidad del proceso e
  • informar según lo solicite el gerente.

HABILIDADES·

  • Comunicación profesional, habilidades
  • organizativas y analíticas
  • Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente de forma oral y escrita.
  • Se requiere manejo eficaz de MS Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Persona proactiva con capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo en equipo.

HORARIO y MODALIDAD DE LABORES

  • Lunes a viernes de 09:00 am a 18:00 pm
  • Se labora en oficinas ubicadas en Santa Fé

OFRECEMOS

  • Sueldo base fijo de $18,000 Brutos
  • Paquete de prestaciones superiores a las de la ley
