Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clinic staff to identify areas for improvement and implement operational best practices.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, ensuring all operations align with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for clinic personnel, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Analyze clinic performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights on operational effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between clinics and corporate management, communicating challenges and proposing solutions.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management.
