What Youll Do
  • Design and execute outbound social selling strategies that openreal business opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and engage qualified leads on LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Start meaningful, value-driven conversations with decision-makers (founders, C-level, team leaders).
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality sales meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to sharpen hooks, messaging, and timing.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance (reply rates, meetings booked, opportunities created).
  • Constantly test and iterate: copy, sequences, formats, CTAs, and timing.
  • Build long-term relationships not just short-term pitches.
Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has4+ years of experiencein social selling, SDR/BDR, or growth roles.
  • Has soldB2B services or complex solutions.
  • Can prove theyve generatedbusiness opportunitiesnot just engagement.
  • Has a truestartup mindset: autonomous, fast, curious, experimental.
  • Writes conversational copy that opens doors (not scares prospects away).
  • Is highly metric-driven, accountable, and motivated by clear goals.
  • Speaks and writesexcellent English.
  • Is culturally aligned with Juliuss values and ways of working.

Bonus:Experience in marketing and/or IT environments.
