We are hiring a **Sales Development Manager** in MonterreyWe’re looking for a hunter profile who thrives on building outbound strategies, developing new business with US-based clients, and leading outbound initiatives for our BPO services across industries such as Legal, Tech Support, and Healthcare.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to attract new clients in the US.- Lead and mentor a small SDR team to meet outreach and conversion goals.- Manage prospecting efforts, track KPIs, and report performance insights.- Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and refine sales approaches.- Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a strong understanding of BPO industry trends.**Requirements**:- 3-6+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Sales Management roles.- Proven success in outbound B2B sales or business development.- Experience selling to US clients is required.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Fluent English (C1 or higher).**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.
