Reporting to the Director, Cargo Sales - LATAM, the Manager, Regional Sales Cargo will be accountable for all aspects of sales and reservations activities throughout Mexico. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining value-driving relationships with our cargo customers based in the assigned region, delivering high quality service levels throughout the sales and reservations processes. The role will develop and lead all sales strategies and work with central revenue management and marketing teams, to implement strong commercial strategies to reach set quarterly and yearly sales budgets.
- A minimum of 5 years cargo experience, ideally within an airline sales environment
- Strong influencing, leadership and coaching/development skills
- Excellent relationship building skills, established customer relationships within the territory are an advantage
- Results focused and experience in managing a budget
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess, calibrate and take calculated risks
- Significant experience of setting and managing targets, and demonstrating corrective actions as required
- Computer literate – proficient in MS applications (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Ability to understand and work within different cultures/environments
- Excellent knowledge of Mexico & regional cargo operational standards, practices, and conventions
- Well established multi-national and local customer relationships within the territory
- Knowledge of local cargo market dynamics, practices and conventions
- Experience in an operational environment would also be an advantage
- Ability to communicate at a broad range of levels
- Attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
- Fluent in Spanish, English is an asset
- Driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Must have the right to work in Mexico unrestricted

Relevant du Directeur – Ventes fret – Amérique Latine, la personne qui occupe le poste de Chef Régional Ventes Cargo est responsable de tous les aspects des activités liées aux ventes et aux réservations au Mexique. Elle doit établir et maintenir des relations génératrices de valeur avec les clients d'Air Canada Cargo dans le territoire attribué, et offrir des niveaux de service de qualité élevée dans l'ensemble des processus liés aux ventes et aux réservations. Elle établit et dirige toutes les stratégies de vente et travaille avec les équipes du service central de la Gestion du chiffre d'affaires et du Marketing pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales puissantes permettant de respecter les budgets de vente trimestriels et annuels fixés.
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en fret, idéalement auprès d'un transporteur aérien dans un environnement de ventes.
- Excellentes capacités d'influence et compétences marquées en leadership et en encadrement et perfectionnement.
- Excellentes compétences en établissement de relations – les relations établies avec les clients au sein du territoire sont un avantage.
- Attitude axée sur les résultats et expérience dans la gestion d'un budget.
- Habileté à prendre des décisions sous pression.
- Sens marqué de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités de front.
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la négociation et capacité d'influence.
- Talent marqué pour la communication, la présentation et les relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à évaluer, à estimer et à prendre des risques calculés.
- Vaste expérience dans l'établissement et la gestion de cibles et la prise de mesures correctives, au besoin.
- Bonne connaissance de l'informatique – maîtrise des applications de Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Capacité à comprendre et à travailler au sein de différents environnements et cultures.
- Excellente connaissance des normes, des pratiques et des conventions de l'exploitation du fret régional au Mexique.
- Relations bien établies avec la clientèle locale et multinationale au sein du territoire.
- Connaissance de la dynamique, des pratiques et des conventions du marché du fret.
- Expérience dans un environnement d'exploitation, un atout.
- Capacité de communiquer avec une vaste gamme d'auditoires.
- Souci du detail
- Sens aigu des affaires.
- Bilinguisme (espagnol et anglais), un atout
- Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour les déplacements frequents
