Regional Sales Manager – Consultant
Key responsibilities
1.Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Way4 products and services.
Ensure reaching annual sales targets (amount based on territory and potential opportunities).
Identify opportunities and convert them into contracts.
Develop go-to-market approaches tailored to targeted clients.
Create and manage a sales pipeline.
2.Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Mexico.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for localized product development and campaigns.
3.Negotiation & Presentation Skills
Form and deliver commercial proposals.
Perform commercial and legal negotiations to ensure favorable terms for all stakeholders.
Represent the company at marketing and sales events.
4.Networking
Build strategic alliances with local technology partners and distributors.
5.Extensive Travel
Conduct extensive traveling across all areas covered by the function to foster client relationships, identify opportunities, and support sales execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferably 5+ years of Payments sales experience in the Mexican payments market
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of local business practices, government procurement, and digital transformation trends in Mexico, and especially within fintech sector
