What will you be doing?

The Senior HR Operations Partner – Americas will serve as a key operational leader within the Global HR Operations organization, reporting to the Director, Americas Core HR Operations & Global Process Management. This role ensures the seamless execution of HR operational processes, with emphasis on data integrity, compliance, financial alignment, workforce impact management, and continuous improvement.

You'll act as a trusted HR partner to the Americas HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence - connecting strategy with execution and translating complex operational challenges into scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities (inclusive but not limited to):

Operational Leadership and Execution (50%)

  • Manage day-to-day Americas HR operations with HRBPs, Coordinators, and COEs.
  • Resolve escalated HR issues beyond Tier 1/Tier 2 support, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll on sensitive transactions (severance, bonuses, off-cycle adjustments).
  • Oversee employee lifecycle documentation (hires, terminations, changes, transfers) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead audit activities: evidence collection, process documentation, and remediation.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship within HR Operations.
  • Support HR Operations Leader with special projects and AMCS initiatives.
  • Design and track HR Ops metrics (SLAs, scorecards); visualize and report results.
  • Identify pain points and manual processes; propose automation and simplification.
  • Collaborate globally to harmonize best practices and drive standardization.
  • Lead or support projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Reporting, Analytics, and Governance (30%)

  • Build and maintain dashboards for workforce impacts, severance, and bonus tracking; reconcile with Finance and HR Systems.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, headcount, compliance gaps) and provide actionable insights to HRBPs.
  • Collect and analyze data from exit surveys, stay interviews, and other sources to support Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with HR Technology and Analytics to streamline data flows and ensure system governance.
  • Troubleshoot operational inefficiencies with HR Tech; recommend solutions to improve SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of manual processes.

Workforce Impacts and Change Management (20%)

  • Lead operational execution for workforce actions (reorgs, M&A transitions), coordinating with Legal, Finance, Communications, and HRBPs.
  • Manage third-party vendors (outplacement, compliance, audit) to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
  • Support development of playbooks, templates, and process documentation for consistent regional execution.
  • Draft critical HR Operations communications related to changes and requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization.

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge

  • 5–7 years in HR Operations, HRBP, or HR Program Management within global/matrixed organizations.
  • Language: Advanced English and Spanish required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience managing sensitive transactions (severance, terminations, audits, regulatory reporting).
  • Knowledge of HR systems (UKG, Workday, or similar) and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong operational acumen and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High discretion with confidential data.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Location

This role is based in Mexico. You must sign your offer contract in person at Circana's Mexico City office on your first day.

The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is up to $838,000 MXN annually, which is a gross salary (before taxes and deductions). This is equivalent to approximately up to $69,800 MXN monthly (gross). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to eligible employees in Mexico.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
