Ser el responsable de construir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de marketing de la empresa, alineando
marca, negocio, retail y e-commerce
en un ecosistema omnicanal coherente, aspiracional y profundamente mexicano.

Buscamos a alguien que entienda el negocio desde el piso de venta hasta el performance digital, con visión estratégica y capacidad real de ejecución.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing integral (retail, digital y omnicanal).
  • Liderar campañas 360°: branding, performance, retail marketing, PR, influencers y eventos.
  • Impulsar tráfico, conversión y ticket promedio en tiendas físicas.
  • Asegurar coherencia entre comunicación, precios, promociones y experiencia de cliente.
  • Construir y fortalecer el posicionamiento cultural y emocional de la marca.
  • Supervisar contenido, comunicación visual e identidad de marca.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing, maximizando ROI y eficiencia por canal.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con e-commerce y retail para asegurar impacto comercial.
  • Liderar agencias, medios y partners estratégicos.

  • Brand Awareness, Consideration y Preference
  • Tráfico a tienda (footfall) y conversión por canal
  • ROI / ROAS / MER
  • Engagement, CPM, CPC, CTR
  • Market Share, AOV y NPS
  • Retención y recompra

Perfil que buscamos

  • +6 a 10 años de experiencia en marketing de retail, lifestyle o mueblería.
  • Sólido conocimiento en retail marketing, trade marketing, CRM y visual merchandising.
  • Experiencia en campañas digitales (Google, Meta, TikTok) con enfoque en conversión.
  • Capacidad analítica para traducir métricas en decisiones de negocio.
