As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team in Mexico, who will be responsible for accounting, fixed assets, intercompanies, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Intercompanies reconciliation, invoicing, accounting and correct balances.

  • Fixed assets accounting, CIP and depreciation.

  • Bank reconciliations.

  • Month-end sales process.

  • Booking month-end accruals.

  • Month-end inventory closing and related accruals.

  • Issue month-end P&L and trial balances. Ensure correct balances

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting to OCD USA.

  • Perform other work related duties as assigned.

The Individual

  • Public Accountant

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Accounting

  • Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

  • JDE or SAP

  • English 80%
