From leveraging insights and analysis to make data-driven decisions - to spearheading sustainable business practices that contribute to consistent and reliable business growth - we are unwaveringly passionate about making a meaningful impact, and always doing the right thing.**About the role**:As an accounting analyst you will support the end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities**Your responsibilities**:- Support reporting (according to the closing schedule) and account reconciliation processes- Support all GL transitions- Support statutory of Accounting & Compliance- Support accounting treatment of (judgmental) transactions- Support of Accounting for the closing calendar- Support external and internal audits- Take E2E ownership for the accuracy & correctness of the books- Support the end to end month/quarter/year end processes for transacting, closing and reporting the- Group accounts including control and reconciliation of the general ledger.- Ensure accounting rules are properly applied for financial accounts in compliance with corporate standards and secure integrity of financial systems and the financial operating model, external audit requirements and best accounting practice- Support of Accounting & Compliance team to prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit,- Loss statements and balace sheet review.- Support Internal controls compliance (SOX)**The experience we're looking for**:- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in similar roles- **Language**: English - Intermediate (70%)- **Knowledge**: IFRS, NIF, Tax Regulations, SOX- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Office and SAP; experience with HFM and FUSION**The skills for success**:- **Accounting Standards Knowledge**:- IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)- NIF (Normas de Información Financiera - Mexican GAAP)- Tax regulations- SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)- **Systems & Tools**:- SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning)- HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)- FUSION (Oracle Fusion or similar financial systems)- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**Analytical & Functional Skills**:- **Financial Reporting & Reconciliation**:- **General Ledger (GL) Management**:- **Audit Support (Internal & External)**:- **Month/Quarter/Year-End Closing Processes**:- **Balance Sheet and P&L Preparation and Review**:- **Accounting for Complex Transactions**:- **Internal Controls and Compliance****What we offer**:- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
