Strategic Execution Manager

Objective:
To serve as the operational engine of the AB Living / SHA group, transforming executive leadership strategy into flawless execution, measurable results, and scalable systems. This role acts as the central link across key functions, ensuring alignment, operational discipline, and continuous progress of strategic initiatives, leveraging data and artificial intelligence as core execution tools.
Rol Purpose:
A strategy executor and builder of high-performance systems and teams through AI. This is not a theoretical or isolated planning role, but a hands-on leadership position focused on results, speed, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Translate annual and quarterly objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and clear priorities.
- Implement and track OKRs, KPIs, and planning cycles.
- Ensure alignment across Operations, Wellness, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Capital, and Technology.
2. Program & Project Management (End-to-End)
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from initiation to delivery.
- Define scope, ownership, timelines, success metrics, and risks.
3. Technology, Data & AI Enablement
- Design AI-enabled execution systems for tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
- Implement dashboards, alerts, and predictive analytics using AI.
- Automate workflows across operations, CRM, marketing, and finance.
- Coordinate technology integrations and ensure data quality, security, and AI-driven data governance.
4. Leadership Enablement & Governance
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board.
- Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders to ensure execution.
5. Process Design & Scalability
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
- Design standardized, scalable operating models to support global growth.
- Promote execution discipline and continuous improvement.
6. Team Building & Performance Management
- Serve as the central coordination point among company leaders.
- Support executive-level hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
- Implement performance systems: objectives, KPIs, dashboards, and execution cadence.
- Foster a culture of results, speed, and transparency.
Your Contribution:
- Min 8 years in execution-focused roles (implementation consulting, strategy execution, scale-ups).
- Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-growth environments.
- Global/distributed team experience strongly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools, project management, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- MBA and/or STEM background preferred.
- International experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Results-driven leadership profile with strong execution and control orientation.
