, serás responsable de garantizar que nuestros procesos de fabricación de papel tissue cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad, eficiencia y seguridad. Tu rol será clave en el aseguramiento de la calidad del producto, la implementación de planes de mejora continua y el cumplimiento de normativas internacionales y requerimientos de clientes. Además, tendrás participación activa en iniciativas de TPM, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del pilar de calidad en la planta.

What You Will Do

  • Monitorear y asegurar los parámetros de calidad en el proceso de fabricación de papel tissue.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a planes de mejora continua en procesos productivos.
  • Administrar quejas de clientes: análisis, respuesta y seguimiento.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas ISO, TAPPI e inocuidad.
  • Gestionar documentación técnica y reportes de control de calidad.
  • Capacitar al personal operativo en buenas prácticas de manufactura y aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a estudios de MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
  • Participar activamente en la implementación de TPM, pilar de calidad.

Who You Are

  • Profesional titulado en Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en aseguramiento de calidad y procesos industriales.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de calidad (AMEF, Plan de Control, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Manejo de normas de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TAPPI).
  • Manejo intermedio–avanzado de Excel, Minitab y SAP.
  • Conocimiento deseable en TPM (pilar de calidad).
  • Inglés técnico.
  • Persona analítica, con disciplina, constancia, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
  • Proactiva, con capacidad de retroalimentación y acompañamiento al personal.
