Relationship Manager/Product Support Analyst

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and BA skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as documentation skills. Experience in support or operational project work is preferred. Must be willing to work 7am - 6pm Mexico Time Zone, 4 days a week.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
As an RM1, you will be a key technical contributor, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive the successful execution of a project. This role involves not only hands-on technical responsibilities but also leadership and mentorship to ensure the growth and proficiency of the team.
- Technical leadership
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on case review with proper documentation on cases in CB/DfM/CSI tool. Follow and enforce to follow the processes.
- Project Management
- Help in the development of project plans, set milestones. Identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Prepare re-occurring issues documentation.
- Team Collaborations
- mentor & coach juniors in their questions/concerns/clarifications. Training new RMs in the project as and when needed.
- Innovation & Optimization
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes and systems. Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Quality assurance and problem-solving skills
- Ensure high-quality standards. Address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaboration with leadership
- Collaborate with TL/Manager to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input for technology-related decision-making and long-term planning.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
- Strong business-analyst background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
